I've worked with several REALTORS during my professional career with relocations from Kansas to Iowa to Illinois and now in 2021 relocating to North Carolina. My husband and I had a seamless experience working with Nick and his partner Ruta while buying our forever home in Geneva in the spring of 2021. She used her extensive network to connect every dot. Our bid came in late, and she pulled everything together in record time. We had multiple hiccups with financing, due to the timing of our cross-country move, and in the end, Ruta saved the deal by identifying a lender who could accommodate our situation.
